Terms and Conditions

Applied Laser offers a 30 day (Night Vision 14 days) return policy to all our customers (except LaserMax internal guide rod replacement laser sight, which due to the nature of this product is not returnable or exchangeable). Some limitations and restrictions apply see below. Warranties are direct from the manufacturer and vary usually 1-3 years depending on manufacturer. If you need to return a product that isn't what you wanted, doesn't work for your application, or was ordered incorrectly, our returns specialists will be happy to help you, However you must obtain an RMA number before shipping your product. We will assist you with the details of packaging and shipping your merchandise for exchange or return credit.

Placing your order

Online ordering
Our online storefront accepts orders 24 hours a day / 7 days a week, most parts orders will be shipped within 24 hours (except Sunday), priority mail.

Payment methods accepted

Check payment policy
We do not accept online checks at this time. You may mail us a check, please include sales tax if mailed to a california address. You order will not ship until check clears.

Applied Laser accepts the following credit cards and Paypal:

There is no surcharge for credit card orders. Any refused shipments will be subject to a nonrefundable $20 processing fee + applicable shipping fees. Orders shipped to addresses not registered with your credit card issuing bank may be delayed or denied as we take the necessary steps to confirm your order. We reserve the right to refuse any orders we consider suspect or high-risk.

Terms and policies

For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors.

Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event that your equipment has to be serviced or returned.

Product Returns

Before returning any product, you must obtain a return authorization number. NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. RMA Numbers are valid for 14 days from the date issued and must be received by Applied Laser in 100% complete condition including all warranty cards (not written in), manuals, packaging, boxes, etc. Your RMA must be returned postage paid and insured, Applied Laser will not be responsible for lost merchandise. Write your complete RMA Number on the outside of your return.

All defective products (except LaserMax products) will be accepted directly by Applied Laser for credit, exchange or repair, at Applied Laser 's discretion within 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days, the manufacturer's warranty applies. All returns for credit or exchange are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Product returns must be completed within 30 days of the date of invoice.

All Shipping and Handling Charges are Nonrefundable.
